Everybody admitted that in present stressful and competitive situation, using traditional forms of organizations are unforgivable mistake. Hence, regarding new organizational features is an important worry of researchers. So, the aim of this research is to design project-oriented organization model (as a newfound organizational features) based on organizational performance. The research is an applied research in terms of purpose and an exploratory study that strives to accomplish designing a model for the organization in case study (academic jihad of Fars Province) using mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). Results indicated that the research final model including project management with five dimensions (necessities of knowledge, risk, processing, human resource, governance and leadership) and two moderator variables of organization's project nature and organization's project technology. Out of dimensions of project management, risk management necessities have the highest priority in forming project-oriented organization model. In addition, based on the factor loading of the final research model, it is suggested to manager that attention to the used technology transfer in organization's projects, size and type of organization's project, incoming pressures to organization's project and necessities of risk management of the project should be their priority in order to design these kinds of organization.

One of the issues today in the field of management, human resource management in particular is used dramatically, the concept of competence and merit.In fact, as V.A.Kampr form raises, competency models can be used as a way of integrating the various human resource measures to be applied.This means that any of the following human resource management systems will be designed based on merit and competence, in fact, is the core of all human resources activities. Nowadays, organizations with the help of strategic planning seek to overcome environmental changes and turbulence and its orientation toward long-term goals to strengthen and stabilize. Khatamolanbia Hospital is one of the organizations in response to environmental changes systematic strategic planning model uses. The main research question aimed to identify practical activities in compliance with the above model is the hospital. In order to assess strategic planning of Khatamolanbia hospital, survey research method was used. For this purpose the sample of 103 managers and supervisors of the hospital according to Morgan used in this study were selected based on the 11 hypothesis was formulated, was at their disposal. Analyzing the responses were obtained with the help of PLS method, showed that the conceptual model of strategic planning Khatamolanbia Hospital in the operation of a high capacity to predict the behavior of the system, due to its planned objectives. In conclusion, given that the sum of hypotheses, three hypotheses were rejected, to manage Khatamolanbia Hospital was promoted to factors such as analysis of the external environment, emphasized the significance of hospital management and staff performance and feedback control and more emphasis should be given to them.
